Accessing Ascend Cloud

Currently, you can access Ascend Cloud through Ascend HQ. In the future, Ascend Cloud will be directly accessible. 

To access Ascend Cloud, you need the following user permission: Ascend WebApp - Quote Companion App.

With this permission, the Cloud Beta option will appear in the Ascend HQ menu bar on the left side. To launch the web app: 

1. Click the Select Location dropdown. 
2. Choose the specific location you want to launch the web app for. 
3. Click Launch. 

Note: For multi-store retailers, you'll only see locations where you have an active user account in the Select Location dropdown.

Launching Cloud Beta will open in a web browser to the Create or Search Transactions screen.

Navigating Ascend Cloud

Clicking the Ascend logo in the top left corner will bring you back to the Home dashboard.

Clicking the Cart icon in the top left corner will bring you back to the Create or Search Transactions Screen.

Clicking the Back button on Create or Search Transactions screen will bring your back to the Home dashboard.
