One of the most important tasks you have is building your product records database. Use the Ascend Product Catalog to create Vendor Products on demand as opposed to importing entire supplier (vendor) catalogs.

Cloud Catalog setup takes place through Ascend HQ > Products > Supplier Catalog Mapping.

Navigate Supplier Catalog Mapping

+Map Supplier

Will add an editable row to the table with a dropdown for supplier and a dropdown for the catalogs

Supplier

The Supplier dropdown will display all Vendors/Suppliers in your Ascend database.

Catalog

The Catalog dropdown will display all Vendors/Suppliers that are Available in the Cloud Catalog.

Note: If you do not see a Vendor/Supplier listed in the Catalog dropdown, they are not available through the Cloud Catalog and you will need to manually import their product information into your database.

Cost Level

If the Vendor/Supplier has different cost levels, you will be able to select yours from the Cost Level dropdown.

Enabled

Leave Enabled checked for this Vendor/Supplier to display in your Cloud Catalog.
