Which Products Should be Discounted?

Use the two options below to determine which products qualify for the TrekFest discount:

1. On the Transaction Screen, if the Total column is less than the MSRP column, the Product is already on a Promotion and should not be further discounted.

2. In the Discount Calculator, the ineligible products will display Promotion on the line underneath it, have a Sale Price less than the MSRP, and list the Discount amount.

Add the TrekFest Discount to a Transaction

1. Add a Trek or Electra bike and the Trek, Bontrager, and/or Electra accessories to the transaction.
2. Click the Discount icon on the top row.
3. Highlight any Accessories not already on a Promotion in the Discount Calculator window.
   1. You can select multiple items by holding down the Ctrl key.
4. Choose “Apply the following percentage discount” from the Discount Type drop down menu.
   1. Enter 20.00% for the Value.
5. Choose a Discount Reason for tracking purposes.  
   1. Click Apply.
   2. The accessories will now show a Calculated Discount.
6. Click Save.
