Reconnecting your EA660 Inventory Scanner
Occasionally, your EA660 may loose connection to your WiFi network and Ascend. There is a quick way for your to reconnect it through your Ascend database.
- From the Ascend desktop click the Inventory Center tile.

- Under Open Existing Event select Label Audit.
- Click Open
- This will open the Inventory Event and allow you to access the Mobile Device Management.
- Click on the QR code under Mobile Device Management.
- The QR code will display.


- On the EA660 navigate to the Utilities tile.
- Click Utilities.

- Click Network.
- Click Scan QR code.
- Using the blue buttons on the side of the scanner, scan the QR code on the computer screen.
- If the scanner reconnects to your network & Ascend the QR code prompt will turn green and place a green checkmark in the middle of the QR code.


- If the scanner fails to connect, you can also try reentering your WiFi network into to Mobile Device Management under the WiFi icon.
- If you are still not able to connect the scanner, reach out to your installer to assistance.
