Ascend Pay - Update Your Bank Account for Payouts

Documentation Needed

  1. Bank account details (account and routing numbers)
  2. A bank statement, letter, voided check, or deposit slip.

New Bank Account Onboarding Process

Ideally, we schedule to update your bank account information outside of business hours. While we remove the original bank account, you will not be able to take Ascend Pay payments for up to 15 minutes.

Entry of new banking information will also delay payouts until the new account is approved by Adyen.

  1. Ascend Business Development will coordinate with you to schedule a time to remove the original bank account information.
  2. The new bank account information (account and routing numbers) are entered into Ascend HQ.
  3. The new bank account information (account and routing numbers) are entered into Adyen Portal.
    1. Note: We will upload a copy of your bank statement, letter, voided check, or deposit.
  4. Approval of the new bank account can take 48-72 business hours (can also be less and occasionally more).
  5. Once approved, you will receive an approval letter from Adyen and payouts will resume the next business day after approval.
