Internet Options

Google Chrome

1. Open Google Chrome and navigate to Settings
   1. Select the Customize and control Google Chrome (dots icon) menu > Settings.
      
   2. Click Advanced
      
2. Allow cookies from the Ascend website
   1. In the Privacy and security section, click Content Settings
      
   2. Click Cookies.
   3. In the Allow section, click Add.
      
   4. In the Site field, enter [*.]ascendrms.com, then click Add.
      
3. Allow pop-ups from the Ascend website
   1. In the Content Settings section, click Popups.
   2. In the Allow section, click Add.
      
   3. In the Site field, enter [*.]ascendrms.com, then click Add.
      

Firefox

1. Open Firefox and navigate to the Settings via the three lines button the top right:
   
2. Allow cookies from the Ascend website
   1. Select Privacy and Security on the left
   2. Choose Manage Exceptions under Cookies and Site Data
   3. Enter [*.]ascendrms.com into the Address of website field
   4. Click Allow
   5. Click Save Changes
      
3. Allow pop-ups from the Ascend website
   1. Scroll down from the Cookies and Site Data until you reach Permissions
   2. Next to the Block pop-up windows option, click Exceptions.
   3. Enter [*.]ascendrms.com into the Address of website field
   4. Click Allow
   5. Click Save Changes
      

Edge

1. Open Microsoft Edge and navigate to Settings via the ellipsis (…) on the top right
2. Allow cookies from the Ascend Website
   1. Select the Cookies and site permissions menu on the left.
   2. Click Manage and delete cookies and site data
      
   3. Click the Add button located to the left of Allow
   4. Enter [*.]ascendrms.com into the Site field
   5. Click Add
      
3. Allow pop-ups from the Ascend website
   1. Navigate back to Cookies and permissions by clicking the tab on the left
   2. Scroll down until you see Pop-ups and redirects
      
   3. Click the Add button located to the left of Allow
   4. Enter [*.]ascendrms.com into the Site field
   5. Click Add
